This sets up File Options:
Bold settings are MOST important!

  1. Select Embed ALL fonts
  2. Select Subset Embedded Fonts... at 100%
  3. When embedding fails: Cancel Job
  4. Embedding (Base 14 Fonts)
  5. Important: Delete all fonts that appear in Always Embed and Never Embed window lists
