General Settings Tab
This sets up File Options:
Bold settings are MOST important! - Ignore Save As... button until ALL tabs are set up correctly
- Compatability - should be set to Acrobat version 5
- Deselect the *next three check boxes
- Distill pages: Set this to “All”
- Binding “Left”
- Resolution “2400” dpi
- Default page size should be same as size of your print job allowing for crop marks if necessary. If in doubt use settings shown
* If sending by email ticking Optimise for Fast Web  View is acceptable
