What we do
From your database (normally comma-separated ‹ we can use other data formats, but please talk to us), we separate
to postcode sort, print labels and attach them to address carriers. These address carriers can be specially printed and personalised to any corporate style for a small extra charge. We then insert the
mailed item(s) into a clear plastic envelope, seal and bag for Royal Mail collection. To optimise postage discounts, it is very important that the database has full postcode information on at least 90%
of the data.
Our charges vary depending on the complexity of the job. Postage cost is fully itemised on Royal Mail dockets and passed on at cost. For managing and executing the mailing we charge
between £41 to £112 per thousand, plus a one-off administration charge of £35 per mailing. If you require additional items within the envelope, we charge a further £10 per thousand with additional
inserts at £8.50 per thousand. The important thing to remember is that all items within each mailing should be identical.
As postage is passed on at cost, you need to pay us in advance as this
postage is taken directly out of our bank account by the Royal Mail.
