Packing/delivery: Prices include domestic packing (anywhere in mainland USA) - special/export packing will be quoted on request. All shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be sent by best available method and we reserve the right to make partial shipment.

If goods appear damaged on arrival: Sign for the parcel as ‘unchecked’ - then contact us immediately and specify the damage so we can arrange a collection. State whether you want a replacement or refund. (This is subject to our inspection back at our warehouse). If you fail to notify us in 5 days from the date of delivery your claim will be invalid.
Faulty goods: Any goods found faulty must be returned within the warranty period for repair, replacement or refund
Unwanted goods: Unless otherwise agreed, goods are not sold on a trial basis and can only be returned if fully re-saleable subject to a stocking charge of 20 per cent of the purchase price or $20 whichever is the greater, and only if within 30 days of the purchase date. Unwanted goods must be re-packed in their original packing. Goods being returned must be prepaid. We reserve the right to refuse to refund moneys for goods bought in error which are not re-saleable.
Payment terms: the following payment terms are accepted:
1. MasterCard, American Express or Visa - please give card number and expiry date.
2. Net 30 days - with approved credit. Please select “set up new account” option when submitting your order. We will confirm receipt of your order and request references and your bank details before processing orders.
3. Confirmed letter of credit it for values in excess of $5,000
4. Cash on delivery for customers not on open account.
5. Bank draft drawn on USA bank prior to shipment
Past due accounts: All past due accounts are subject to a 1.5 per cent finance charge per month.
